Vitamin A
Vitamin A is responsible for production and

Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) has demonstrated anti-inflammatory

fats. In chemical structure, it is the amide between D-pantoate and
beta-alanine.
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) is required for the
metabolism of proteins. It helps to maintain fluid balance and is required for
healthy red blood cells, and it is actively involved in system functions than
any other single nutrient. It is essential for breaking down protein and stimulate
metabolism in hemoglobin (the oxygen carrying red pigment in blood). It is also
essential for energy production and normal brain function.
